Wash your hands with soap and water. Avoid using any perfumed soap or sanitizer. Dry your hands with microfiber cloth or tissue.
Hold your upper eyelid open and pull your lower eyelid down with your non dominant hand.
Gently touch the lower edge of your contact lens with your dominant hand, then lightly touch the tip of your finger to the contact lens and slide the lens down to the white part of your eye.
Gently pinch the contact lens with your index finger and thumb, carefully pull the contact lens away from your eyeball.
Repeat the same for the other eye.
Clean and store the lenses safely in a contact lens case with solution.
Discard the daily disposable contact lenses.
