Wash your hands with soap and water. Avoid using any perfumed soap or sanitizer. Dry your hands with micro fiber cloth or tissue.
Hold the lens in proper way and place the index finger or middle finger of your dominant hand ( it should look like a little bowl- if not then probably it is inside out )
Insert the lenses with your dominant hand. Steadily raise the index finger or middle finger that's what is holding the contact lens to your eyes.
Look upward to place the lenses gently in your eye.
Close your eye after placing the contact lens, slowly release your eyelid and close your eye. Let the contact lens settle in your eyes before opening. Look at the mirror to ensure the lens sits in your eyes.
Repeat the same for the other eye.
